A warm welcome await you at Farnetino Eco-Farm
Farnetino is situated one kilometre from the railway station (and is therefore perfect for
those who travel by train) and the center of Vicchio, the birthplace of Giotto and
Beato Angelico, in the heart of the green valley of Mugello, in Tuscany.
It is 30 km from Florence (45 minutes by train), and 8 km from the famous Mugello Circuit.
Bologna is at 60 km and Milan and Rome both at 350 km.
Vicchio has a good variety of shops, restaurants, tennis courts and horse riding facilities.



A warm welcome awaits at Farnetino Farm, where the land is cultivated according to biological
agricultural principles. One can enjoy the typical Tuscan homemade cooking and
the biological fruit from the land is given gratis. There is a beautiful swimming-pool
with garden-furniture and nightlights and biological fruit and for children a small play-ground.
The pool is open from june till end september. All around is the biological orchard.
Guests are free to use the barbecue and the sheltered area for eating outside.
Mountain-bikes are available for hire.
The holiday-accomodations are divided in two: an appartment for 6 people (Casa delle Querce)
and the Hotel/Agritourism with four double rooms.
